The book - Astronomical wonders and a diagonal in a nice box. It's tiny. The only Takahashi product i shall own for the foreseeable future. Funds are due to be diverted to the hospitality industry as i wish to see Family and Friends and be merry.

@Telescope40Picked it up from Amazon for £12.51 although the price has crept back up - just pop it in your basket and it'll notify you of any changes in price. Very comprehensive at over 500 pages, and of importance - it 's easy to understand.

A little package from FLO.

Expanding my narrowband capabilities from just Ha to now include OIII.

Now hoping for a clear night to add OIII data to my current target of IC 410 before Auriga goes out of view.

Followed by...

More Blue Precision Focuser kit for the FS-60CB... I already have the FeatherTouch Pinion on the FC-76DCU, so this should even things up a bit 😃

Plus a More Blue Finder Base for the Tak 6x30 finder, so I can swap between it and my RACI as required (I’ve fitted a universal finder shoe to the FC-76CU already).

I bought the turret set with the four orthos and the barlow. All the eyepieces are excellent pieces of kit, but oddly, I haven't got around to actually using the turret :).

@Commanderfish Very nice! And don't worry about the heavy sustained cloud (which does seem to have arrived - thanks) - if you can't look through it, you can have almost as much fun looking at it...

Just been looking through it, the red/blue colour plates of each object are amazing. The atlas is excellent too, I have quite a few now and this is up there with the best 👍

Congratulations on the FC-76DCU, you’ll love it... I have the 6”CC too 👍

Interested to bear how well the Feather Touch works on that, mine has the SteelTrack which is also decent.

Enjoy them both 😀

I haven't installed the Starlight yet as the adaptor is out of stock. I am impressed with the current focuser and have a Baader clicklock 2" coming on Friday along with a Nagler Zoom. As you know, the current focuser is only 30mm travel but Im sure I can make it work to.some degree. Feathertouch may go on the CC8, we'll see...

Yeah sorry about that... And it's going to get worse. Manfrotto tripod coming tomorrow, Nagler Zoom and 2" Baader clicklock coming on Friday. Silver tube rings and dovetail at some point...
