Mfd. by Pentax from 1991 till 2004, the FA 50mm f/1.7 is a highly rated lens from that era, and was delivered to me from KEH, a popular used camera gear seller in the U.S.

I will add this to my Pentax F 17-28 & FA 135 for a three-lens kit with my wife's former backup K-50 camera, which I took over after she got something else.

It’s blue! What! How! Why! I have never seen or seen a photo of a blue camera.

My obviously mundane world has been turned on its head… a blue camera!!

The K-50 was mfd. from 2013 to 2016, and was available in a variety of color choices. One could choose the body color and rubber grip portions separately, and if memory serves, the total number of combinations was something like 130 different possibilities.

Here, my wife's first K-50 in "Imperial Storm Trooper" livery:

A new Lunt60! Finally here after an anxious ten week wait. It was cloudy all day but clear now at night, ironically first light for this solar scope will be in night mode for night targets 😂

Great timing - the Solar display is simply delicious, currently.

Spotted these and thought them  ideal for my Obsy.  Both  2" and 1.25" holders, within easy reach at best positions.  I have a cabinet in there on wheels, with eye piece holders , but I try to avoid moving it as much as possible and these 6 extra holders dotted about are just the job.

The two eyepieces are very recent new arrivals, the XL7 , just yesterday.

It is Dave, just yesterday, and in mint condition.  I had forgotten but I have now added a mention in my post. A rather fine  Burgess/TMB also which I am sure you will recognize..

My first purchase from 365 Astronomy , shout out to Zoltan , who took my initial call on Good Friday… and processed my order to arrive today . Box looked a bit battered by the DPD guys ( that’s what happens when you use “fragile” tape ! but all looks A1 .
Looking forward to trying this lovely little scope out as I’ve been doing loads of research over the last few months . As far as I know 365 Astronomy are the only uk outlet to have these in stock ( unless anyone knows different ) .  :)

I have been waiting months to order one from a uk outlet . They were available direct but when the Easter Deal came up at 365 Astronomy , it was too good to miss .

After many years searching the internet, I came across and ordered a set of 124mm guidescope/telescope tube rings and dovetail bar [brand: StarPal] for my 're-modded' Meade ETX-105... via the well known ware warehouse based in the far-east. They arrived earlier today after two weeks delivery/shipping and customs clearance, etc.

StarPal124mm.jpg.94c2e2e06fdcde4852f2e3ceaf3c7e48.jpgAstro_Essentials_Dovetail_Bar_Vixen_Style_Short_1.jpg.4b7c26b3f7f0fd5282dd7511832baf22.jpg

I will swap the M6 set screws for M6 x 8mm nylon-tip grub screws and replace the supplied dovetail bar for the longer one [brand: Astro Essentials via FLO].
