One of those upgrades that is worth every penny! The only drawback is that you want everything else to be clicklock after that 😂

So true, but at a price. This particular clicklock was £115 so more expensive than the standard variety. I guess the accompanying M63 adapter accounts for the extra cost.

The clicklock was one essential for the Starfield I had. It has lead to clicklockitis though. I have them everywhere now - two Taks, diagonal, adaptor etc...

An expensive obsession! Your (=my) Starfield now has two CLs....

Clicklockitis indeed! One for my Starfield, one for my 80ED, a Baader BBHS diagonal and matching 1.25" reducer... Not sure what the transmission vector is but I find it best not to keep telescopes too close together just in case it is catching!

Same here with the addition of the 2”-1.25” clicklock.

Same here. A 2" to replace the original twist lock and a 2-1.25" adaptor.

Just arrived. 38a blue, and 47 violet.

Unfortunately, as you can see, they are both the same blue. Sigh. FLO already contacted.

This is how they should look

The only logical response to this is to get a binoviewer.

Duplex Moon Atlas has just arrives from FLO, and at first glance it looks pretty impressive. It's ideal for me as someone who has neglected our nearby neighbour. I'm actually looking forward to viewing the moon :)

Hi checked mine after reading your post. My violet filter also is a deep blue. It’s an Astronomik make so was not sure if a direct comparison was safe.

As for my filters, what I have is how they should look. The image on FLO's website is misleading - they are not violet!

Oops. Sorry.

We have updated our product page photo to one with a more realistic blue colour.

I had to pop out for a couple of hours around lunch-time, and inevitably a parcel was delivered while I was out. On my return I found this behind my front door.

I've no idea how this got so badly damaged just falling through my letterbox, so I asked Rhubarb my English Bull Terrier to see if he'd noticed anything unusual going on, but all I got was a look of complete innocence and cluelessness.

I decided I'd take the evidence to the central post office tomorrow to see if they knew if I had a parcel to collect, but at tea time while taking my scope out to the observatory, I noticed a small box hidden behind the bird bath. I had a nice surprise on opening it as it contained a lovely Stargazers Lounge Sketching Challenge mug.  This is the first thing I've won since I was eight years old when in junior school I was awarded a mustard coloured Papermate pen for coming third in a comprehension competition. I'm very grateful for this award which also has a pic of my sketch on one side, and I'd like to thank SGL for this kind gift.

Nice prize @mikeDnight, truly deserved.
Not even a raffle since 8, wow that's quite a run.
How you could even suggest that Rhubarb had anything to do with your defective letterbox, is beyond my comprehension 😉
