61,started out aged 16 with a tiny refractor scope.Plastic lenses and carboard tube supplied by Charles Frank in Glasgow.

Interest re-kindled aged about 30 ish and never looked back.

My problem now, staying awake in the early hours.

Mick.

A mere 62. Interest was aroused a little over 4 years ago whilst walking one evening on a beach in the Maldives. Stunningly dark and the milky way stretched out from east to west in splendid colour exactyl as in Axel Mellinger's panorama.

Bought my first scope March 2009.

BTW Have you noticed how normal the distribution is turning out?

Andy
