I did the same a while ago,  I took the cheap/lazy route and used epoxy resin and cable ties to connect them as they exactly matched my interpupillary distance. Works a treat.

I bought a 3D printer recently so I'm obligated to print as much as possible to justify the purchase.

Just about everyone has one of these. I, too, had one at one time and foolishly sold it; now reacquired:

Vernonscope, here in the USA, is distributing this model bino-viewer, which arrived Thursday just ahead of cloudy/wet weather, so I was able to test it under a clear sky. Excellent unit:

Finally, these two publications arrived from Europe. Ordered 01 October, delivered today:

Picked it up from Amazon with some voucher, so worked out around £33.

I wasn't expecting a hurricane machine, but have to admit, it is pretty impressive.

I have something similar and its like comparing an air can or rocket blower to a real hurricane, can knock cans down 12 feet away... Great for my PC and keyboard etc.

This one has 3 settings and I started with my bino after the Outer Hebrides trip (was full of sand...). Done beautiful job, very pleased.

After usual boring Monday calls and lunch, will test it on the drone....

I keep hearing about the Clarke books, so I downloaded a PDF for a quick look, thanks.

Although the LP map map says I live in a B7-8, her Bortle examples indicate I'm in a B9.  Yikes!  😲

Well, the charts cannot distinguish between bortle 9 and, as is my case, being as hard of seeing as a bat 🤣

Been a bit lax updating this thread here with a few small purchases in the last few weeks.

Speaker stand cable clips which happen to be the exact right size for the Gitzo 5 series legs:

Strap wrench and thread pitch gauge to assist in my Evoguide 50ED project:

Sore point. My lawnmower went in for repairs 4 weeks ago. I just called them again and it’s still not done 👎🏻

Maybe get a new one?

Only 10% of the cost of a TV Apollo 11 ep..and they'd probably throw in an extra handle for it too!😁😁

Just received this rather nice 17.5mm Morpheus from FLO. Beautifully put together in a nice box with magnetic lid and lots of accessories that I will never use! Includes an interesting metal ‘tie clip’ type device which I think you attach to the pouch and allows you to determine the eyepiece size by feel… or something like that. The most expensive eyepiece I have bought and inevitably the start of a slippery slope. 😉Looking forward to first light.

yes- I'm building quite a nice ragtag collection of them :)

Which ones? I have found eye relief with the 35mm too long, and with the 5mm too short. The 7.5 is OK for me, but a bit tight for bino-viewing. Orion Telescope, here in the USA, used to market a line called "Ultrascopic" which were very similar in design, but with greater eye relief in the 7.5, 5, and 3.8mm lengths, making them suitable for the bino-view option, for me.

Good luck acquiring more.
