I’m sad to hear this news. She seems too young to me too. I too was surprised to learn she was 70.  I saw her speak once at a lecture - Institute of Physics meeting I think. She was very enthusiastic.

I can't believe I missed this very sad news until today. :(

I remember Heather very well from childhood, her guesting on The Sky at Night when a woman on telly talking science was very rare. 

R.I.P Trailblazer.

That's it exactly. She had a perfect voice for presenting tv shows. Tony Robinson has that same quality. I could watch anything they present. Pete Lawrence is another. Dr. Alice Roberts too.
