  1. No, dithering is the mechanical movement of the mount.
  2. Super images, green looks better I think, maybe the red is a little over saturated.
  3. Probably just need to tweak one or two settings a touch.
  4. Just a note on the cable, mine came with the wrong serial plug end from Altair. It was quicker to get a DIY plug from CPC or similar places.
  5. Looks really good to me, sometimes stars get in the way but this looks like it benefits.
  6. Looks a hell of a lot better, very difficult to tell if there is still some elongation in any particular pattern.
  7. Very good start. Only thing I can see is some very slight mottling in the background, might be something like a touch too much noise reduction.
  8. I have a Lakeside running through Ekos and Pegasus UPB2, all you need is the right cable and it works fine.
  9. Very nice, I'll have to check out this multi-star guiding.
  10. Excellent image so far, stars nicely tamed, framing spot on, just a bit more data to lift the nebulosity would be great.
  11. The old brass one is quite possibly a BA thread.
  12. Very good mate, well done for persevering.
  13. Wow, very unusual. Amazing that you both caught the same flare up.
  14. Superb image, well done.
  15. I use a 10A mains adapter from dewcontrol.com Not had any problems with it.
  16. Ekos has a default of 2x2 dithering, should work well. If you dither then make sure you set the same in Pixinsight for drizzle.
  17. What you can do in the future is to open a previous session sub then take a preview snap of the current set up. if they are rotated then tweak the camera rotation and take another snap until rotation is as close as possible.
