  1. That looks great, well done.
  2. That looks a lot cleaner. Very nice.
  3. Could be just for manual override or maybe the max /min limits.
  4. Wonderful image, well done Carole.
  5. That is superb, well done.
  6. Might be worth using a screw in extension and moving the focus tube in.
  7. It's much better than my version. Wonder who came up with the name, the only real reference I found was when using Stellarium.
  8. That really works well for the Tulip, I like it.
  9. Looking at the direction of the smudging in the stars, most of it is diagonal bottom left to top right. Except for the bottom right corner of the image where it is bottom right to top left. Difficult to judge but it might be image tilt, possibly from the focus tube.
  10. Very nice, liking the blue/gold combo.
  11. That's a really well done galaxy, managed to tame the core enough and still keep the faint outer wispiness.
  12. Lovely images, looks like seeing was very good.
  13. Well done Louise, if you find you get any vibration using the thinner tube you can always try a squirt of expanding foam inside them.

Very nice image. The central region looks really strange. Like a bad cut and paste from another galaxy ! Weird.
  15. Just what I was going to ask. You need to use the same reference image, say one of the L's for every filter.
  16. That's interesting, first time I've seen M31 with Ha. Lovely image.
  17. Wonderful, colours are great.
  18. Uk price is around £900, there's a pre-owned on Ebay at the moment. I think I got lucky and picked up a refurb from the main UK dealer off Ebay for £525.
