Very new to the astro scene but have a Nexstar 4SE on route (should be here tomorrow) - Based in the UK down the south, and would have been perfect the last few days but the cloud is making an appearance!

Hope to share some pictures and hunt the forums for help and advice!

Well after it arriving and sitting indoors for two days I managed to do this tonight in between the clouds.

Managed aligning, dslr attached and it seemed to take a good shot! 

I imagine you’ve all seen many before but rather chuffed with myself!
