hi, i've just bought my very first telescope, a secondhand one at that.  it's a skywatcher explorer 200p.  i've thought about getting one for years but i never did, so here's to many years of enjoyment now that i've finally made the jump

Hi and welcome to the forum. I agree with Paul above that you have started your journey in astronomy with a great scope that is very popular among many members here and will certainly resolve some detail on deep sky objects.
