  1. Very nice! Thanks for the image.
  2. Incredible! Thanks for posting it. As much as I would enjoy doing images of DSO, I know with my budget and the learning curve, meaning time, it will probably never be. But thanks to members here on the SGL like you, I still get to see and enjoy such wonders!
  3. Nice! I remember thinking as I watched it, I know the Sun is big, and Mercury small, but wow that is small!
  4. Very nice. The Moon has been looking incredible in our sky the past couple days!
  5. The 27th of this month was the '67 Apollo 1 fire anniversary, then the next day the 28th was the date for the Challenger. It's hard to believe it's been 54 years for the Apollo fire and if I'm right 35 years for Challenger. I was only 11 in 1967!
  6. Excellent! That image really has some sharp details!
  7. The light was perfect to make the small craters really show in Mare Humorum. Very nice images.
  8. Incredible! And I enjoy reading posts like yours which give such good descriptions and information!👍
  9. The details you bring out in your images are astonishing! And really enjoyed the write up explaining this crater.
  10. Nice image! Seldom do my images come close to what you see here, but they make me happy and that's what matters. Keep it up and have fun.
  11. I do think sometimes how nice it would be if what makes you you could just travel through the universe. Your essence or spirit just traveling where you will. Might find out it's more crowded than you imagined!
  12. Fantastic! An image of Luna with some color really makes her stand out!
  13. Mine is not sealed as tightly as I would like. Believe me, you dont want the frogs or little lizards to help with the flies. 😖
  14. Absolutely beautiful! Can you imagine what early man thought when he looked up into the night sky and saw that!!??
  15. Just took a peek with my dob. Just where SOHO shows it, more easily seen with my eyes than getting it on my Canon SL1. Did manage to get it faint, so another one of the records.
  16. Good seeing spots again instead of just floaters! Hopefully I can get a chance to look after 1pm when I get off.
  17. That is an amazing image of the sky. The Aurora is just icing on the cake!
  18. It has taken me two years to get my neighbor, a fire station, two shield two of their three led's. The one the left is the worst and reflects off the building as well. I'm glad to hear you had good luck!
  19. Amazing! Thanks for posting the images. Every time I see such examples of the vast beauty of our universe I just dream of what might possibly be out there!
