PeterStudz
An Astronomik OIII filter from @bosun21 - much appreciated and I look forward to trying it out! Only posted via Royal Mail yesterday and arrived today, obviously a Sunday. I didn’t think/believe that they did Sunday deliveries, so a nice surprise.
Naughty Neal
The Royal Mail over acheiving on a delivery , what ever next ? I was a bit surprised a couple of months ago when they knocked on my door on a Sunday. Edited March 3 by Naughty Neal
Greymouser
As my SS50 needs a tablet with 4 GB Ram and my Samsung has only 3, I thought I would splash out on a 4GB RAM A8! The added advantage of a second tablet means it can be mostly just for my SS50 and can be always charged. Now all I need is to get organised... Then of course, I thought a new cover would be good idea, so here comes Star Cat!

Love the fact the buckle is another, smaller image of the star cat.

Celestron Axiom LX 31mm, claimed 82deg fov, but its actually wider, c84-85 degrees. It's also heavier than the Nagler, which is why I decloaked mine (and also it's 23mm little brother).. Both are superb eyepieces for low power viewing. Here's a shot of the 23 and 31mm decloaked next to a Nagler T2 12mm for comparison.. I don't ever plan to let this great pair of UWA's go! Dave They really do look much better decloaked Dave. But "penniless"? That had me chuckling!
F15Rules
Trust me Mike.. Having recently bought the Vixen SD115S and a case of 6 Vixen LVWs and booked short spring breaks in the coming weeks to take my lovely wife to visit 2 European cities, "Penniless" feels like an accurate description! But joking apart, both those Axiom LX's in mint used condition cost me less than one new Morpheus!!😄👍..so probably c 1/4 the cost or less for the pair, of a new 31mm Nagler? I just checked the Terminagler current new price..!!🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️😱 I sold my 31 Nag a couple of years ago, replacing it with a 35mm Panoptic. On my Genesis SDF the Pan was sharp to the edge, which the Nag certainly wasn't. Losing the half degree extra true field provided by the 31 Nagler was no real loss at all. I felt the 35 Panoptic to be better in every way. I sold my 35 Pan when selling my SDF. Now my widest field eyepiece is my Altair 30mm UFF and couldn't be happier!

Franklin
1 hour ago, JeremyS said: sorry, we don’t eat Baked Beans in this household) This isn't just a telescope, it's a Takahashi telescope and this isn't just an eyepiece, it's a TeleVue eyepiece, so obviously this isn't just food, it's M&S food. Only the best for our Jeremy😁.

plyscope
Received a new K-Astec ring set from Japan. This one weighs only 1.53kg complete, compared to 2.85kg for the original. A nice birthday present for my FS152 which is 20 years old this year. 🙂
Ratlet
All the talk of 24mm Vs 30mm in one of the threads got me wanting to test it out (as well as wanting wide field views from the new scope). Saw this maxvision 24mm 82° on the for sale section and pulled the trigger. No beans for scale but have some more of the bunny my daughter made me. Just need a diagonal to take it, though I will give it a burl in the dob if the skies clear.
