Evening all,

Just wanted to say hello from Northern Ireland. :)

I had a basic budget Telescope when I was 10 years old that my parents purchased me for Christmas and I loved searching the night skies (I didn't see much mind, which is why I gave it in all those years ago)  Now, 30 years later I want to revisit my stargazing dreams and stumbled across this forum while looking for beginner telescopes.

I have a lot of reading to do, but look forward to being part of this community.

Thank you, I'm originally from Sheffield, but moved here over 15 years ago. :)

I'm based in Mid-Ulster, reasonably dark too.  I'm guessing Co Down rather than Tyrone or else it's a hell of culture shock from Sheffield lol
