Hi all,

Gary from Selby in Yorkshire.

Thank you for having me on the forum and looking forward to learning from you all.

Coming to Astronomy late in life but as excited as a child!!

Will be asking advice on a starter telescope (ready to move up from my Binos) but wanted to say Hi first

hi Gary welcome, your not that far from me, if you fancy a trip to wyas.org  where near Pontefract we have open nights first tues in every month but anybody is welcome any tues good luck on your new hobby , dobbie

Welcome, I Just joined too. Also getting started in astronomy myself and definitely feel the excitement!

Welcome Gary, your in good hands for advice on here, there's some experienced folk on here

There's also a few like me who just hang around typing utter rubbish !
