Hi there says Chris from Southampton. I'm retired and looking forward to learning as much as I can about astronomy and everthing surrounding it.:D

Thinking of Skyliner 200P dob as my first scope.

Waddya think?;)

hi chris and welcome ,sounds good the scope ,are you justplanning visual use or are you gonna be thinking about pics at some point planets are ok with a reflector and webcam thats some thing to think about

Hi Chris - I'm new to it all and just turned that tender age, also. Got myself a 200P Dob after studying the reviews - best bang for the buck and portable, too! After reading the good advice from this forum, a good choice to cut your teeth on and will satisfy your needs for a considerable time.
