Not brilliant from here but I have 11 degrees over any part of the UK.

So, that just leaves us with the ‘emigrate south’ option......Very very tempting right now.

Just been playing about with Stellarium.  Saturn not due to get into a high altitude into the sky in the UK until the end of the 2020's and Jupiter we have to wait another four or five years :(

I might be past it, by the time saturn is favourably sited, particularly as I have no view to the south.  Bit depressing.  ?

The lowlanders will be seeking higher ground and those with tall trees also, dispersion correctors will be rolling off the presses like hotcakes and my neighbor to the south will be thinking I must be infatuated with his wife...All this and more I suspect but stand ready with corrector in hand and planetary observational expectations high, or is it low...none the less I am ready...I think ?
