Anthony - these were taken with a 120mm refractor and Canon 1100D.  I usually take about 130-150 frames and stack the best 40 or so.

Got a solar filter for my 127mak, just never used it.

Thanks Roger, that's a really cool presentation.  With all those observations you can see why they hold the Kelling meet in the location they do.  I've been for many years and without fail (that may have jiggered it for this year!) the weather has always been better for the time of year than I would get at home.
