Hello. We were bought a Nexstar 127SLT a while ago as a wedding present by family members who themselves gaze upwards. I recently started reading this forum to help me fix a problem I was having getting the 127 to talk to Stellarium on my Macbook Pro. I found most of the answer here and then added a bit extra which I also needed and which may help others. Thank you to all who helped.

Geeky stuff done. Time to wait for clear skies. I live in the middle of nowhere with very little light pollution indeed )
