Hello everybody!

My name's Giulia, even if I usually go by Subaru on the internet (which also means Pleiades in Japanese, so it seems just perfect here :smiley:). I write from Italy, Rome, where unfortunately the night sky is impossible to enjoy due to the light pollution like in many other big cities.

I was always passionate about astronomy since I was very young, but only recently I got myself a telescope to finally watch the stars. And I can't wait to begin!

Nice to meet you all, I'm sure I'll enjoy my stay here :laugh:

Hi and welcome to the forum. Shame about the light pollution but sadly its a problem for many of us that live in large cities. Hopefully you can travel to somewhere local to escape the worst of it.
