  3. Sorry I can't edit the post. To make a long story short, I do not know the heq 5, but the AVX it's really a good mount. I've loaded it with a C8, a Nikon D7000, a webcam, some other Rubbish (rings, adapters, and so on) and I experienced no problems. Beside that it it's really beautiful!
