jaspalchadha
M13, the Great Cluster in Hercules, teeters on the edge of naked eye visibility and appears in binoculars as a small, circular, hazy glow. It contains over 300,000 stars, and its luminosity is 300 thousand times the Sun.Globular star clusters, unlike open star clusters such as the Pleiades, are tightly held together by gravity. Whereas open clusters break up after hundreds of millions of years, globular clusters remain intact after billions of years. michael.h.f.wilkinson
Nice capture. I like the galaxy you captured to the left of the cluster. It is not NGC 6207 (which is a bit further out)
