Hello everybody, nice to be here!  I know nothing about astronomy but my son bought me a telescope for Christmas and I have now seen the moons of Jupiter and Saturn's rings with my very own eyes, and yesterday I saw the nebula in Orion. I can't believe that I actually saw such things for real. I am amazed and just a little hooked, I believe! Of course, now I want to buy more stuff, but i am resisting the urge until I learn more.
