Morning,

Just created an account and saying hello!

Have been using a Celestron Travelscope 70 for the last year together with some 7x50 Steiners for both bird life and stargazing. 'Upgraded' the telscope with an old, heavyish photographic tripod and a couple of inexpensive plossl eyepieces.

Will be looking for some advice on a new telescope in a couple of months.

Other interests: irish music, hillwalking, canoeing and some leisurely cycling.
