Hi Stargazers.

I'm Sarah-Jayne, and am a total astronomy novice, with an interest that began with a fabulous stargazing experience in the Australian desert.

I live on the edge of Bolton, at the foot of the West Pennines, and have some great opportunities for exploring the night sky. I finally received my 1st telescope this week as a birthday present from my hubby!

Bear with me as I ask some stupid questions whilst I learn the ropes.
