  1. Those images are incredible! I would really like to see such a sight. But now, in a deep serious voice. Your mission, Mr. Kon, should you decide to accept it, Is to do one of your amazing ISS shots with those auroras!
  2. That looks and sounds incredible! Makes me want a Lunt even more! Well, I've got to go. Going to put a kidney up for sale on Facebook and Ebay both!😆
  3. They must have got the addresses mixed up! 🤔 It should have been, purchased by, your's. Ship to, mine!😁 That is a beautiful piece of equipment! Keep us posted on how great it is!
  4. I have it in both my shoulders. At least to give your thumb a rest, you can stop this, 👍, and rely on the old fall back of the middle finger extension!😆
  5. Looks very tasty! Thanks a lot! Haven't had nay're a drop for almost two months now. SWMBO is very pleased with me, except for the dry cracked lips!
  6. I hate to see this. Must have been on a very tight budget. Hope it does sell, but worry about investors who might lose in the process!
  7. Yes, I do believe this would be the result, but how quickly I'm not sure. And it would need to go somewhere, because I would think as it foamed, it would expand. So, any opening might become messy, till the freezing took over.
  8. Just to look up and watch it pass overhead as a bright dot, most people would never believe the detail you are able to capture. Well done!
  9. Last week I got out on Thursday evening once the clouds had decided to cut me a break. Mercury was very low at twilight just above the tree line for about thirty minutes. Now Venus was quite high, hard to get into the same widefield image with Mercury.
  10. No one trying to get into space has not had failures. I just wonder what you get for a dollar spent today, compared to the '60's?
  11. Thanks for the very interesting write up! Have to admit that I would never imagine a planet, even one classified as minor, being mostly mud!
  12. Why not! Just imagine living the "lifestyle of the rich"! Kneeling on a beautiful deserted beach before the woman of your dreams, proposing, while overhead the Japanese meteorshower you ordered lights up the night sky! "My darling, I promise to give you the moon and shooting stars!"
  13. Excellent! I enjoy seeing Luna in close up detail like these images! Seeing the small craters covering the Mares, really makes it obvious the intense pounding she has taken over time!
  14. I wanted to get a look, but oh my is Sol still bright in our sky! I also had to work with an occasional cloud. Searched through Lunar maps and was able to locate the crater in Mare Nubrium. I am always amazed when reading information about the Lunar surface. 4000' height on the crater walls.
  15. Do you have a cousin across the pond to get this started in the States?
  16. As always, your images leave a standard for all to try to, not match, but come close to! I look forward to the knowledge your share. If you are not a teacher, you should be!
  17. Excellent images! I viewed in white light yesterday and was surprised at how few spots I saw. And how small they were after seeing so many larger.
  18. Looks like a great find! But I'm offended! It's Lunatic, not Lunar Landing Fanatic!😁 And by the way, I will confess that I am one too, and it's incurable!
  19. Had to buy another voltage tester. Tested voltage, 13.49 coming from battery. Double checked all the connections, then checked them again. Made certain positive and negative connected correctly. Crossed my fingers, lifted my eyes to the heavens above, flipped the switch! OH YEAH!!! I'm up and running again! Must have been a ghost! Forgot to add, thanks for all the information you gave me!
  20. Excellent image and write up, as always!
  21. Checked online and found out my mount has a two year warranty! Either way it turns out I should be covered. Where's that emoji with fingers crossed?
