Hi all, I've been lurking on these forums for about a month now reading advice threads & looking at all of your awesome pictures!

I'd like to thank you all for the brilliant info as it has helped me decide on my first "proper" telescope (Skywatcher 200p Dob) which arrived today, along with my 2x barlow. I plan on making a DIY mount for my smartphone so I can contribute some pictures of the moon and planets to the forum.

Im located in Lytham just near Blackpool where I was born. 25 years of age and very enthusiastic about my new hobby!

Thanks to FLO for their excellent service with my order, their mobile apps and the forum!

Having problems with the dreaded first time collimation so got myself a laser collimator to make the job a breeze!

Friday is looking to be the first opportunity to use the scope, excited!
