The weather has really hindered my imaging recently but here are some Ha images I took the last time I was out at my dark site.

I used an ASI533MMpro with a SharpStar 150mm F2.8 hyper Newt with a Baader 7nm Ha filter riding on an iOptron GEM45 mount

Captured and processed with Astroart 8

These images were inspired by the fantastic work of E. E. Barnard.

The C6 Hyperstar will be on the mount a lot this winter, not that I'm expecting many clear nights with another la nina projected to last through another winter. In fact, that's why it will be mounted.

2 hours 55 minutes in 3.5nm Ha on the Epsilon F2.8, taking during the middle of July (!) You were asking about recommendations - I think it's a fantastic scope, but I ended up replacing the focus
