Another newbie ..

Hi,

Im another newbie from N.I.

Ive just bought a sky watcher 150p on an eq3-2 mount. 

I have also got the dual motor kit and a copy of turn left at orian on the way.

Im hoping this will help with the astro photography side of things.

 

I hope this fourm will help me learn also

Hi Davyb

This is a great place to pick loads of tips up on getting started. I too have recently bought the same scope as you but no motors, yet!  I love it and have just been out even though there is loads of high cloud. It obviously cleared up a bit as I had packed it all away ? but there'll be more nights. 

I used the couple of hours as just a bit of a practice for next time.
