Surprised with the results from last night. Not had chance to image for a while.

8" Orion Optics Europa

QHY5Lii colour camera and x3 barlow.

30% of 6946 frames

Stacked in AS!2, wavelettes in Regstax6, final processing in GIMP.

Very nice result. I didn't bother with anything last night as the Moon is so bright and I even scratched the idea of a bit of Jupiter as it is so close to the Moon. You have completely shown me up to be a fool!!!

I thought the same Gav, Moon was so bright and close but I had not been out for a while so thought I'd give the kit an airing. Please I did now.

I did the same as U. Not bother because of

I would have been out again last night but I had a big meeting about the future of my job ( 32 years service).

I thought it best not to fall asleep during meeting.

Over the Moon that my job is safe.
