Newbie from Scarborough

Well I took delivery of my very first Telescope 2 weeks ago at the age of 45, a Skywatcher Skyliner 150p Dobsonian,

and wow, out Sunday Morning, looked straight at the nearest bright star, turned out to be Jupiter. I'm hooked.

I've modded the base with a lazy Susan and stripped the scope down , flocked ,reassembled and collimatored it, hope we get a clear sky tonight.

got a lot of learning to do.
