my name is Ally, i love to travel, i used to live in California, Montana and Michigan

Even if California seems like paradise for me, Montana forever in my heart, cuz sky is so close to you in mountains, you don't even need any specific equipment to watch stars and constellations.

i found this forum, and its great! alot of stuff to read and use. i hope i will find some useful tips or simple equipment from stargazers!

I visited the Grand Canyon a few years back & the night sky was AMAZING!!! so I imagine you must have similar skies.

Yes Montana - Big Sky Country!!!. My other half travelled by car from Boston to Montana (where her friend lives) and she said that when she arrived the place was simply amazing! Great news to hear when you're sat at home in the rain
