You have started with a Good scope and am sure that you will have lots of fun with it don't forget to down load stellarium it will help you get round the skies and it' free

there is also a book called turn left at Orion best of luck and you may need a box for the little one to stand on when looking through the scope

Good scope, local club have the same scope and mount and I have seen some stunning views from it and also some decent pics the owner has captured should you ever want to venture down that route.
