Well hello there.

Thought I would take the opportunity to introduce myself as I have had a passion for astronomy for a number of years without owning a telescope!

However, luckily it being my birthday today the girlfriend purchased a Sky-Watcher SK 790EQ1 for me which I am overjoyed at, but I havent been able to test it as of yet due to the crappy weather! So I hope it's a good scope for beginners
