Hi,

Been staring up at the stars from as long as I can remember (not with a telescope though). Loved it so much, even took astronomy at university. Finally decided to take this seriously and bought a Nexstar 8SE. Looking forward to many years of astronomical joy and contributing this awesome forum :)

I lived for many years in Woodhaven....

Jose Campos discovered his short period comet from his back yard only a few metres from me. We observed it with my 12" f5 over the following nights....

Those were the days.
