Hello, got a scope at last!

Hello all,

Got a new reflector telescope (my first) and have been searching the net for info about equipment and general astronomy stuff. Most searches lead to something here, so I thought I might just as well join, as the wealth of knowledge is fantastic. Scope is a Skywatcher 200P, which seems to me to be pretty good for the cost. I need some new eyepieces, I think, so might ask in one of the forums for some advice.

Anyway, I am glad to be here and hope I don't ask too many dumb questions!

Nice choice of scope. Dont rush into buying new EPs and stuff so soon. I didn't buy another EP for 8 months when i first got my scope. The stock EPs arnt really that bad.

Excellent choice of scope. I'd second the advice to get a bit of use under your belt before deciding what to do on the eyepiece front.
