WOOHOOO! me Toucam got the shuttle as well (I think)

Recommended Posts

Another mad crazed attempt to Toucam the ISS hand tracked through my 200mm F5 Newt :(

Sadly it's wall to wall cloud but thin so shot through it.

Extra to last nights first orbit is an orange reflection next to the ISS.

It's on all the frames so I reckon it's coming from the shuttle 8)

Here's a comparison....

Great fun :)

Although I'm going to say that the extra part doesn't look how I thought the shuttle would look. And thinking about it it would appear edge on wouldn't it.

I am amazed that you have managed to capture a before and after shot. I think that that is probably the most technically difficult shot I've ever seen.

Well done that man. :(

Cheers guys... :(

It's strange isn't it Ant..

The orange part is apparent on all the shots, even the miss tracked streaks...

Don't think it represents any shape of the shuttle, it's just a flare from it which, due

to conditions last night, got distorted by the thin high cloud.

No sign at all of any orange flare on the previous night's shots so the extra bit must be shuttle based somehow...

Fascinating stuff... :)
