Just dropping in to say hello to everyone on the Forum!

Only recently starting to get into stargazing, so pretty much a beginner in that aspect. Of course, a lot of it is thanks to the fascinating Stargazing Live on tv, which myself and partner have been avid followers of since it began last year.

We're based in north-east Derbyshire, so looking forward to some interesting dark sky discoveries in the area.

We're currently equipped with Celestron 15x70 SkyMaster Binoculars and a tripod.

Bye for now!

Kev.

Hello and welcome to the forum!

I am a newbie here myself. These guys are really helpful so don't be afraid to ask any questions that you require answers to. :)

I believe bins are a really good way to learn your way around the night sky - really good fov (field of view).

Anyway, welcome Kev & partner.
