I just popped into Steve's website (FLO) and was met by the message:

"FLO is a family run company and our family has just increased by one with the birth of our second Son.

We have closed the office until Monday 11th June while Mum recovers and we welcome our new arrival.

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience and thank-you for your patience.
