  1. Still pretty good, some nice details visible there
  2. Processing is the one thing you can keep doing until you are satisfied with the end result
  3. Some very nice details visible there
  4. A fine set of images, some nice detail in UV.
  5. just come in from observing it. I have not seen Comet Panstarrs, but Comet C/2019 Y4 Atlas definitely looked bigger and brighter tonight. I could not see it at all last night because it was quite hazy. Tonight it looked best in my 22mm Nagler, a little brighter in the 13mm Ethos. A nice little right angle of stars marking its position.
  6. What a nice surprise, they asked me a while back if they could use it. I didn't think they would though, out on Thursday I think?
  7. Unusual looking shape, it will be interesting to see how it develops
  8. Fantastic hand held capture, the camera is best thing about a modern phone for me!
  9. Some pretty good detail still there in that prom.
  10. Nice steady view yesterday afternoon up at 50+ degrees. Tried a variety of coloured filters to tease out some cloud, not convinced I saw any though. Used a red and green filter together which dimmed the view significantly, I thought at times I could something, not definite though.
  11. The nice bright triangle of stars is a very convenient signpost to it at the moment. Unfortunately, because i was only planning a very short session out last night i didn't fit my dew shield. After a quick star-hop and fairly longish time peering into the eyepiece the penny dropped! Another go tonight i think, weather permitting.
  12. WOW, you must see some incredible sights up there!
