  4. Excellent Craig, i think you have captured Encke gap. It looks very consistent on both sides to me. Super sharp image as well.
  5. Very nice, Jupiter always looks better with the GRS on view!
  6. It was odd for me, because i thought the morning before seemed better. But the images do not lie, much better on the 17th. I think must be getting old as well, two early starts like that and really felt it over the weekend 🙂
  7. Apart from the ridiculous early alarm, the couple of mornings i got up to finally image these two were beautiful, so peaceful!!! Saturn is still hugging the conifers, but Jupiter arounds 6 degrees higher is so much better. Pretty pleased with Jupiter, Saturn a little noisy to be honest. The usual set up C9.25,asi224mc. Stacked 20% of 25000 frames captured.
  8. Very nice Neil, some fine detail visible there.
  9. excellent set of images, lots of detail visible there.
  10. stunning as always, definitely a slight improvement
  11. despite the problems, still a fine image .
  12. superb capture Craig, WinJupos has certainly improved the final image again.
  13. nice comparison between the apertures
  14. Very early alarm call, but well worth the effort. Captured with my C9.25, asi224mc, 25000 frames and stacked 20% very pleased with the detail/natural look of the image.
  15. Last nights brief, but very bold Noctilucent cloud display over Biggleswade This was captured by balancing my tripod in the bedroom window, to try and keep the phone cables out of the view My earliest NLC view, very high in the sky as well, around 50 degrees!
  16. They faded fairly quickly, around 11.30, surprised to see them at nearly 50 degrees high for a while. Grabbed a few images with the DSLR, which i will post later today.
  17. Good display of noctilucent cloud right now in the North, at a decent altitude as well.
  18. A fine looking image, plenty of interesting detail particularly around the GRS region.
