Greetings from Shanghai. I'm just starting out in astronomy after being interested about the subject for a long time but not fully engaged. I just got a telescope and, if the air were clearer here in Shanghai, I just might be able to see something. I'll be patient and wait until I get back to my home in the USA later this year for a good look. I'm pretty excited about sharing this interest with my grandkids. Hopefully they'll catch the bug too!

Hi Gordon

A warm welcome to the SGL,

My Grandson in 5 years old and a few weeks ago they were talking at school about the moon and the stars, so I had Stuart Clark at my club and he's books on display

him and his wife Nicola made a book for kids called Little Moon , Mum and Dad has to read it every night at bed time , hope he gets the bug too
