SGL6 Dates

I've just got off the phone with a nice lady at Lucksall - the dates for SGL6 are provisionally booked for 31/03/2011 - 02/04/2011.

More details to follow as and when they are arranged.

We thought about three weekends

02/04 - coincide with New moon, much longer nights, cold.

09/04 - first quarter, moon up till 2am, still cold.

30/04 - New moon, half the "darkness" of 02/04, bit warmer.

We felt that the decrease in darkness at the end April was a serious issue, and that having the moon up till 2am would have been a problem for the 9th (Plus a couple of Admin couldn't make that week).

So regardless of the cold, the 2nd Apr weekend won!

Well done Ant for being so positive booking the dates this early. I promised Mike P to support the Admin/Moderator team again next year and I will approach the neighbours (with the lights!!) to ask for their co-operation. However, I will do this nearer the time.

Anything else that is required just let me know.
