If your 200p is manual dobsonian, then probably not. The most common use for reticle eyepieces is to help centre stars for go-to alignment.

@O2B3 I wouldn't think so - reticule eyepieces are normally used in finder scopes to make more accurate positioning possible, or for accurate star alignment. I'm not aware of any use for them in the main scope when observing or imaging.
