Hello from South London

Hi all in the SGL, 

I've been hooked on the night sky on and off since I was a kid. I've got no idea why I haven't signed up to the SGL before as I regularly dip in for scope or ep research.

Anyway better late than never, I look forward to joining in properly and meeting some of you at UK star parties & irregular events.

Ha Doc - that's literally just up the road, I just moved from New Cross to Sydenham. Sky's not improved much though....

Ha ha, thanks John. Actually, only being able to see 15 actual stars makes astronomy much easier. I can safely say I know all the stars in the sky when I safely tucked up in the warm orange glow of my back garden!  Clear skies. Jeremy
