I think this is a bit better again.

I'm refining my focus technique with this EZ Planetary and despite this being imaged about mid afternoon, I think the data is a bit better.

Again it is 200 frames x 60% in Reg6 - processed in CS3 and blended to bring out the proms and the surface detail.

Advice/comments welcome.

Lovely image!

Registax is old hat for stacking now. Autostakkert is easier, much quicker and produces better results.

You should also have a look at ImPPG. A lot of solar imagers are now using this for sharpening and it gives great results.
