Hello from SE Essex

Hi I'm a new member to stargazers lounge.

Although I'm in my mid 40s I feel 25, I enjoy coastal & offshore sailing, adventure, stargazing and nature amongst other things.

Although I have been interested in our night sky's since a wee lad, I have only recently bought my first telescope, a skywatcher 200p dob in December 2015.

The few clear nights we have had since, I have been amazed seeing new targets each time.

Waking up at 4am this morning I had Jupiter & Mars then Venus & Saturn at about 6am to view.

Now I have got a Synscan with a star discovery mount too.

Looking forward to getting out to some dark spots very soon.

I also spent a couple of sleepness night imaging as much as I could so now I have meat to work with Unfortuntaly I realise that I am not 18 anymore and it took me days to recover from that
