Not a cloud in the sky all day then as soon as the sun sets the clouds roll in!!

Took the scope out to look at Jupiter through some thin high cloud but the seeing was terrible!

I'll wait a bit longer for some breaks in the clouds but i'm not holding much hope out!

I think you have the same skies as me, astro mick. Blinding bright sun all day and now murky and misty, the only thing visible is Jupiter (and that is fuzzy). Hope the Stargazing Live guys aren't clouded out again.

We have a thin cloud cover so you can see a blurred jupiter and a few stars..... you get your hopes up but no , how anoying !

Yup - clouded out here just as it got dark. Can't even see Jupiter. Supposed to be some breaks coming through and clearing around midnight, but I have a 6am start tomorrow .

Its clear in Nottingham, at the moment t any rate. Been clear all day and at 06:00 this morning saw Hercules, Bootes and Virgo. Kicked myself for not setting the alarm clock and getting up early...

Looking at sat24.com much of the country appears to have clear skies apart from Yorkshire and Lincolnshire... Sunny all day, as soon as the sun went down the clouds rolled in Grrrrrrrr.....
