I'm so angry at the weather gods. I got my Bahtinov mask at the beginning of the week thinking "It's been cloudy for ages, surely I'll get a clear night or two this week...?"... Nope. "No chance", says the weather gods. And it looks set to be cloudy all weekend too

I had a clear night on Wednesday and had to dust the telescope before I got it out as its not been used for so long. I even decorated it at Christmas as it was the only useful thing I could do with it!

We've had a bit of clear skies in Cannock tonight, enjoyed showing the mrs M42, it's right outside her kitchen window most of the night so it's ace to see, complete cloud now though,

Seems there's a weather warning out for snow on Monday and in my experience after snow comes lovely clear skies :-)
