Newbie in the Cotswolds!

Hi,

I'm Peter. I was an avid astronomer when I was younger and living in the countryside! When I married and moved into a town, I couldn't see many stars at night due to the streetlights, and I had other things to do at night. :)

Now, quite a bit older, I have moved back out to the countryside, and the sparkling sky has enticed me to take up my old night time pastime! I am thinking of hanging up the binoculars and going for a scope, so will be looking for advice on the other forum!

If there are any other stargazers in the North Cotswolds, let me know!

Hi Pete and welcome to the forum.

I agree with faulksy, what's this other forum? You know you made the right choice coming here and I mean most of us are fairly stable when the full moon is up! :):D
