Hi fellow stargazers, what an amazing website this is, wish it was around when i first looked upwards and saw an awe inspiring sight that has had me hooked ever since i was 13 (now 44). Used to be the owner of a 8 inch reflector which i sold a few years ago and now ready to buy my next scope. The Celestron cpc range look good.

Hi Nigel, welcome from me also, the cpc range are not bad if you want a decent go to, my 925 has shown some fantastic views over the past 2 years. For that sort of price range you have plenty of options on scope and mount choice.
